Greetings all. I had a question about the K3 guide on this site. We have received our NOA1 for the I-129 package that we sent. According to the note in the guide it says "Begin assembling information for the interview - vaccination records,...". My question is with the vacination records. Whos vacination records are needed? Both spouses?

Almost all these documents relate only to the intended immigrant... the USC is already here in the USA...

1. Are these vaccinations required to be taken before the K-3 interview or just prior to filing AOS? Does this depend on the country or is it common for all?

2. If vaccination records are not available however one is sure that he/she has taken the vaccine, can a new record be created by family doctor (the one who would have given the vaccine) using approximate earlier date?
