thought i would share my aos interview experience.

i had my interview last may 5, 2008 at 10:10 am. we was there very early so we just sit and wait. my schedule was 10:10 am and they call me at 11. kind of a long wait. The interviewer is a nice lady. she ask for my passport and my husband's identification. She take out the I-94 and started asking me those no answer questions from the original I-485 that we filed. She ask for a couple of proof that me and my husband are still living together. she only looked at the picture and ask me who are the people in the pictures. She don't really ask anything to my husband but my husband wants to talk and sometimes he would answer even if he was not ask, lol. after like 3 or 5 minutes she told me we're done and good. But i did not get the stamp on my passport, she said she need to check my husband's 2006 year tax return which is below the poverty limit and yes we got an rfe for that before we even make it to the interview. But we did not get a co-sponsor, we just sent my husband's 2007 w2 which exceed the 2006 poverty limit. The interviewer wants to check if she could pass us by just using the w2 so thats why we never get the stamp on my passport. We was dissapointed but still happy because she said if she needs anything she will send a mail and we dont have to come back to the building. we can just mail it. and today may 21, 2008 when i check my status on the uscis website, it says that they register my new permanent resident number and mail the welcome notice. But i never get the welcome notice yet. I think my adjustment is approve, thats what im thinking. but i will never be sure not until i got the greencard in my hand.
