According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Probably about the same accomplishments as some certain regular posters in OT..

I thought he and his wife are battlers who know about the plight of America's poor.

Edit: Is this not the same guy who apparently didn't know or was it support the views of a certain pastor; for 20 years.

He did accomplish...The C.A.R.S Act was passed.

The bailout was passed (for the good, and for the bad, you can't neglect the other)...Increasing the limit of mpg set by the federal government.

You know why the right thinks the left thinks Obama as a messiah? It's because the right expected him to be great immediately upon sworn into office. They expected him to miraculously bring change instantly. I believe that is a reason why the right wingnuts accused the leftist for thinking obama is a messiah.
