hello everyone.. i have all my papers together.. but i wondered about my tax transcript.. i have 2006 and 2007 with the w2's... is 2005 necessary... i got all the way to work and realized i don't have 2005... i'm trying to hurry up and send these off but i want it done right.. i know they are mainly concerned with the prior year, but you never can tell.. thanks for your responses in advance... :yes: ...oneder

Passage Revelation 19:11:

11And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

We couldn't find our 2004 tax returne (we filed in 2007) so we just sent the last two years. If both those years are over the 120% of poverty line, I'd say you're good to go.

As you mentioned, what's really important is the one from last year.

08.2006: Entered with a B-2 visa.

07.06.07: Civil Wedding

07.17.2008 AOS approved with interview. It took 367 Days!

11.08.08: Big family wedding

09.18.09-10.03.09: First trip to France with Hubby

I-751

04.19.10: Package sent to Vermont

04.21.10: Delivered in Vermont

04.22.10: NOA date

04.23.10: Check cashed

05.17.10: Received biometrics appointment letter

06.07.10: Biometrics Appointment

06.26.10: Touched

07.07.10: Card Production Ordered!

07.17.10: Card in the mail :) Done until citizenship

Yep. You have to know your Gross Adjusted Income for the last three years, but you only need your return/transcript and W-2s for the most recent year (2007).
