THANKS thirdsen!.So we only send a copy of NOA1 together the I-129f application?.coz in the guide copy of transfer notice is one of the requirements in filing I-129f

i believe so.. but don't take my word for it. let's wait on those who have filed it already and see what they say. I have never filed for K3 so can't give you any advice.. although that transfer notice is pretty much the same as the NOA1. Just as long as it states that it was routed to whatever service center you are at from the Chicago Lockbox. darn it, i don't have my NOA1 in front of me..

btw, what is the NOTICE DATE on that NOA1 of yours? so that we can update the tracker..

just a bit of encouragement for the CR1 filers out there. Take a look at these graphs compiled by visajourney as of May 2008:

130nschistory.gif130vschistory.gif

data for K3 applicants:

data is based on VJ members' timeline. Not sure how accurate these are though. But it's better than nothing.. another something to look at and hope for..

Hi,

I sent my I-129F with just the NOA1. The transfer notice is incase they forwarded to a different service center. The service center that is listed on your NOA1 is where you will send your I-129F packet.

hey Chev, if you look at everybody else's NOA1 notice date, it varies from 4 days to 15 days to even longer for some. Don't worry, it will get there. Then when you do get it, let us know that the NOTICE date is on the paper. Mine took 13 days. It was driving me nuts!
