good morning everyone... i am about to file aos and was wondering do i send my divorce decrees with the application.. i am the u s citizen.. my husband had never been married.. i wasn't sure if i was supposed to send them or not.. i want to thank everyone in advance for your responses.. :thumbs: thanks.. oneder

Passage Revelation 19:11:

11And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

No, you do not need to send it along.

With the K-1, you had to prove you were able to marry before and at the embassy. Then, you married in the USC state. No previous divorce decrees are needed at this time.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

i forgot to ask about the fee of 1010.00.. do i make 1 money order for that amount or do i do 2 separate money orders 930.00 and 80.00(biometrics).. thanks

Divorce decree? Does the instructions to the AOS application indicate that a previous divorce decree from the USC is required documentation? I could find no such reference...

please forgive me for asking a stupid question :bonk: , but i really wasn't sure.. thanks for the response
