Good morning everyone

i met my fiancee online on feb/2006 and then we met each other in person on aug/2006 and then we met each other again in person on April/2007 . we will file for k1 visa in july of this year (2008).

and we are confused about met within two years

when we will file for the k1 visa maybe i will have an interview in feb or march of next year (2009) so it will be almost two years we have not been together .

we rather to save money as much as we can cause we have many things to do like wedding, paperwork when i move to USA,honeymoon, airline ticket.....

so i want to know if i will be safe at the interview or it might be a problem cause we have not been together for two years or we should see each other again this year or at least next year before the interview

we are concern cause of some people say it might be a problem and some say it wont be a problem cause they should understand what we planing for

any advice will be appreciated

Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

I love you so much and i miss you so much more .

I know that the embassy saw that I had been there 3 times ! I really think that looks good to them. It is your decision what you want to do. I understand completely about saving money for everything . Good luck when u file! I pray everything goes fast for you!

My fiance was asked during the second interview why I had not been back to visit and he told the CO that it was an issue of my health and money. His passport was stamped that day. Apparently, they ( the clean version of hell ) do understand these things.

There are two separate and distinct issues to address.

1. Meeting in person within the previous two years before filing the petition is a definite requirement. You've met that.

2. Demonstrating a bona fide ongoing relationship exists at the time of visa interview. To overcome the long space of time you haven't visited will require significant evidence of ongoing communication. The longer it's been since you were together, the more difficult showing the bona fides can be. There's lots of information here on how to prepare for the interview and ideas for providing evidence of bona fides.

Visits are excellent evidence. Nobody can predict the outcome of the inteview but anothe visit would definitely help.

Bona fides.....lots of written letters and cards showing the post marks and phone bills for every month.

They seemed interested in seeing that. In our case, it was proving the ongoing relationship, which is strange because he had all that at the first interview and they refused to see all of the evidence. It's Cairo, go figure.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
