Hey

yalla middle east ,, How are you everybody ?

I have a question for you ..our K3 papers was sent to Embassy 2 days ago and I don't know what form my husband should fill for the AOS is it I-134 or the I-1684 something lik ethat i can't remmber realy it 's concerning the Affidait of support he is with me now ..and he is leaving back to US today at night I wanna know that very important today to see if we can download the forms and he sign it here for me before he leaves...

Ok, I'm not absolutely sure, so hopefully someone else will confirm this... but if it is the "Affidavit of Support", that would be the I134. I don't really know what the other form is.. see if you can find it online and peruse it to check if he needs to sign/fill it out. Wouldn't hurt to have it just in case. I'm not doing K3, so I don't know for sure. Good luck! :thumbs:

Dec. 31, 2006 - OUR WEDDING!!! Ringing in a New Year as husband & wife!

Jan 8, 2007 - applied for SSN

Jan 15, 2007 - recieved SSN

Feb 6, 2007 - checks cashed for AOS/EAD/AP - YAY!

Feb 8, 2007 - NOA1 on AOS/EAD/AP

Feb 14, 07 - touched EAD/AP

March 8, 07 - Biometrics appt in NOLA

April 17, 07 - AP approved

April 19, 07 - EAD approved

I know it is the I134 for the K-1 visa and I864 for AOS filing so perhaps with K-3 it is the I864 but double check the example forms here on VJ or the uscis.gov site.

Good Luck, I'm sure someone else will be along to correct me if I'm wrong.

8/25/05 NOAs in the mail!!! Yea!

11/25/05 - BIOMETRIC DATE

01/26/06 - AOS SUCCESSFUL INTERVIEW AND HE GETS HIS FIRST JOB AT FIRST JOB INTERVIEW

02/13/06 - GREEN CARD ARRIVED

4/22/06 - Driver's License!!

11/05/2007 Filed to Lift conditions[/color]

11/07/07 - NOA1 received

12/21/07 - Biometrics completed

04/08/08 - 10 YEAR CARD APPROVED

04/14/08 - CARD IN HAND !!!!!

11/3/08 - Filed for Citizenship

11/29/08 - Biometric Appointment

02/03/09 - Citizenship Interview, HE PASSED

I am not sure which support forms you need the I-864 Form or the I-134. I did a marriage visa and our embassy makes you file the I-864. Have you checked on the Casa website to see which one they prefer? Good luck. I am posting to bump the thread so maybe someone can advise properly.

It's most likely the I-864, BUT.... It has to be notarized. I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think you have to either go to the Consulate to get it notarized or get it notarized in the US. Read the instructions carefully. I think they probably wouldn't accept it if it's notarized by an Egyptian.

Your husband will probably need to send you copies of his taxes, an employment letter and a bank letter anyway, unless he brought those with him, so your best bet is probably to get all that done in the US and have him send it to you.

When I did a DCF in Morroco in 1999 the consular officer was the one who witnessed my signature. If you read it it has the instructions of who can witness it right on it and it actually says consular officer, or if in the US, a notary. I believe it is the I864 or whatever the digits are, not the I134.
