Hi guys!! just to update you that i just received my visa today at 9:45 am..that is 5 days since i received a text from delbros because im residing in bacolod city...thank you Lord Jesus for being in the midst of this processing we have experienced..

It's not in trying but in trusting,

It's in running but in resting,

It's in wondering but in praying ,

That we find the strength of the Lord.

January 17, 2008--------------NOA 2 ( notice of approval )

April 3 & 4, 2008 --------------Medical Exam ( thank God Ive done it once only ) Praise God!!

April 21, 2008 -----------------Delbros forwarded my name to NSO

April 22, 2008 -----------------Interview ( visa is approved ) Praise God to that again!!

May 5, 2008 ------------------Visa Received ( Thank you Lord Jesus..... )

May 14, 2008------------------US Entry

June 2, 2008-----------------Wedding

08-08-08 - AOS packet received by USCIS

08-14-08 - NOA 1 date for AOS, EAD and AP

08-25-08 - Biometrics schedule received

09-05-08 - BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT

09-08-08 - TOUCHED (I-485 and EAD)

09-17-08 - I-485 transferred to California Service Center

09-19-08 - I-485 TOUCHED (received mail same day about the transfer too)

10-03/06/07-08 - I-485 TOUCHED

10-21-08 - I-131 AP APPROVED

10-22-08 - I-765 EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED

10-27-08 - RECEIVED AP in mail and I-765 touched again online

10-29-08 - Notice of Approval for I-765 was sent out today

10-30-08 - Notice of Approval for I-765 touched again then RECEIVED THE EAD CARD the same day

10/02/08 - received and signed by V. Bustamante

10/06/08 - check cashed out

10/07/08 - date of NOA

10/08/08 - last touch for AP and EAD

10/28/08 - AOS transferred to CSC

11/04/08 - touched on AOS

11/05/08 - touched again on AOS

11/06/08 - touched again on AOS ( no touch on AP and EAD)

12/08/08 - EAD approved according to USCIS officer (from infopass)

12/09/08 - touched on AP and EAD

12/10/08 - AP approved dated 12/09

12/15/08 - AP on mail

01/12/09 - went to infopass - found out my EAD has been approved since DEC 8,2008

01/21/09 - biometrics appoinment

01/21/09- Card production ordered for I-765 and a touched for I-485

01/22/09 - touched on I-485

01/23/09 - touched again on i-485

01/26/09- touched again on I-485 and i-765! WOW!

01/29/09 - i-765 approval notice sent.. and EAD card received in mail

02/24/09 - AOS APPROVED!! thanks God!

02/25/09 - AOS touched again

02/27/09 - GC and welcome letter received in the mail

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

thanks guys..to those who are still waiting for their visa..always remember God knows our future already..it's in God's plan already when it will arrive..Wow its May 5 that God wanted me to recieved my visa..Praise God of this blessing i have today...Jesus loves us all..and His mercy endureth forever!!

I see you want to have POE in las vegas i hope we have the same flight too.Im headed to Las Vegas thats why if i can catch up with you then it will be so fun to travel together as well.

Althought im still waiting for my visa this week,as soon as i have my visa i will flight right away hehehe very excited.Keep me posted okey thanks and were so happy for you.
