Can we bring my fiancees uncle to the states just for the wedding?

My fiancee has a K1-visa and is joining me in the states in one month. Are matrimony is in mid April. We would like very much if her uncle could also attend the wedding party because he has helped us so much. He has told me that I just need to send him an invitation, but I don't how to go about it or even if it is possible?

He would need to be in the states by April 20th. I am going to ask the attorney, but I thought I would ask here first as there are many very knowledgeable people here that know this process.

Can I send an invitation for her uncle is it possible?

I tried to bring my fiances mother and they denied her a tourist visa even with letters from me, the church an invitation and letters from a senator and representative.

Careful, I think the lawyer will tell you what he needs to to get paid. All your uncle can do is apply. Its hard for arab men to get tourist visas. I would warn the uncle that the application is probably a waste of money and effort, and sucess by april- I dont know that consulate but that doesnt sound like enough time. Still send him the invite (you may have to or his absence may always be your fault). In addition to the regular invite that you are sending all the guests, I would send a letter regarding his planned visit, where he will stay, how long he is staying...maybe reference the reasons he will definitely going home after the wedding.
