in i-130 form it says:

C Information about your alien relative (continued)

17. List husband/wife and all children of your relative.

I'm filling for my mother and my mother has 10 kids including me; if i write down all of my sibling would that mean potential chances of rejecting or denying my mother i-130?

is that true?

should i write half and leave it half for later?

i don't even know my brothers/sisters are interested to come and its long shot but again i don't know the future.

thanks for looking.

Not providing details on the form is in essence a "White Lie" a lie is a lie, so fill in the details completely.

The number of children a person had has absolutely no impact on the petition.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

You want to lie by ommission? Not a good thing to consider.....

no i did not mean that, what i meant that; i dont know if my bros/sisters ever want to come to USA so i'm not sure they want to come here.

at the same time, i dont want my mother i-130 to be in risk of rejecting.

thank you

The question is - List husband/wife and all children of your relative.

It does not say - List husband/wife and all children of your relative who might possibly want to emmigrate some day (please exlclude those who don't or won't).

YMMV

thanks

just curious to know, then why do they ask questions which do not apply to this form (i-130) correct?

They want to know family composition.

I remember in China the consulate there sent out a very detailed form to fill out complete family composition even though my wife was the only person coming to the USA.
