Writ of Mandamus

Hi all,

My fiancee and I have been waiting almost 11 months now, and are considering filing a Writ of Mandamus petition in June (we filed in June of last year for the K1 visa).

Our file has been in security check since at least november of last year. We were wondering if anyone else here has filed a Mandamus petition to force USCIS to review their application, and how it worked out for them.

Also, has anyone else here had to wait this long before getting your NOA2, and if so what did you do to get them to review your application for K1?

Are there any other June filers still waiting?

Thanks,

Kelah and Ramiro
