conditional card?

Timeline

i was married to US citizin nov 2006 and my GC is on the way and i think it will be conditional card...and i think if it s conditional i will need to renew it in april 2009 .

so the question is when i can apply to the citizinship?? is it 3 years from the date of the conditional card OR 3 years from the 10 years card???

You don't have to reniew it but remove conditions with I-751 application. Read about the docs needed for I-751; otherwise, like at the last minute (90 day prior to end of the second year of conditional GC) would search all corners of the house for bills, etc. Citizenship is 3 years (minus 90 days) from date of GC.
