Hello. I just received my NOA. I mailed my I-130 in December 2007. I received NOA saying Received Date of September 2007. Did anyone else experince this? Please help. Thanks

Naturalization (USCIS)

11/28/11 - N-400 Sent (Lewisville Lockbox)

11/29/11 - USCIS Received N-400

11/30/11 - N-400 NOA (Receipt)

12/02/11 - Check Cashed

12/02/11 - USCIS Acceptance Confirmation Email Received

12/21/11 - Biometrics Date Assigned

01/17/12 - Biometrics

01/19/12 - Placed in line for interview scheduling Email Received

02/17/12 - Scheduled for interview Email Received

02/21/12 - Interview Appointment Letter Received

03/27/12 - Interview - Approved

03/27/12 - Oath Letter Received

03/28/12 - Placed in the oath scheduling que Email Received

04/13/12 - Oath Ceremony

I wouldn't say a word about it. That puts you ahead in terms of when it will be adjudicated.

Just make sure the name is right.

Sent I-130 to VT 25-Oct-2007

I-130 Moved to California 6-August-2008

My petition has been in 3 states (1, twice) in 9 months!

I think our petitions got mixed up lol. I filed my petition in Sept 2007 and they are telling me I am a December filer cos thats the date my NOA1 was issued :crying:

Feb 2005: We met

April 2005: Began dating

Dec 16 2006: We got married in Texas

Sept 6 2007: Mailed I-130 to TSC

Sept 10 2007: TSC receives I-130

Dec 28 2007: I-130 NOA1 mailed

Dec 31 2007: Received I-130 NOA1

Feb 24 2008: Put into system case now at VSC

April 29 2008: Touch

April 29, 2008: Approved - Case Status Online message of approval

April 30, 2008: Last updated date & message changed. Still approval message, but a different one

May 01, 2008: NVC Received & Case Number Assigned

May 12, 2008: DS-3032 & AOS Bill Generated

May 17, 2008: DS-3032 emailed to NVC

May 27, 2008: DS-3032 received by NVC

April 24, 2009: Interview at London Embassy - APPROVED!!!!!!

May 05, 2009: Received Visa (IR-1)

That is funny..............lol. Actually only the received date says Sept 2007 on mine, but I sent mine in Dec 2007. But they have me as Jan 2008 filer, thats the NOA1 date.
