Change of job

4 posts in this topic

Recommended Posts

I have changed my job on my biographical information form since i sent it in with my petition.

Do i need to let the CVC know or shall i jst leave it and explain in the interview if they ask?

My jobs arent career jobs, just waitressing kind of jobs because i dont want to settle down with a career if im moving to the usa. I graduated uni last summer.

How important is it for them to know? what shall i do

any suggestion sthat would be great!!

Are you doing a K-3 visa for a spouse or a K-1 for a fiancee? You posted this to K-3 forum yet your profile shows K-1.

USCIS only needs Bio info at the time of application submission not after, you do not need to update them about anything, you will note this later when you fill out the visa application forms for the consulate.

Note, foreign citizen's work history really does not matter for fiancee or spousal visas.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
