Hi everyone:)

I am trying to gather all my information to get ready for my K3 interview. My husband is a student and therefore does not make enough money to financially sponsor me for our K3 Visa. His uncle has agreed to do it which is great. However, do I still have to get my husbands pay stubs, tax forms, bank letter and I-134 along with his uncles information? Or just his uncle since he's the one sponsoring us?

Yes, you husband should still provide a complete I-134 package, the counselor officer will look at both and use the one that meets the requirements.

From what i know, since it's an I-134 affidavit of support-so a regular one- the sponsor can be anyone. And i think I read that somewhere too. It said that in the case of I-134 it's enough to be just one sponsor, even if it's not your spouse. There's no need of co-signing. Plus, i called the US embassy in Bucharest, Romania and they said a friend of my husband can fill it out for him if he doesn't meet the financial requirements. His friend needs to prove that he's an American citizen (a copy of his birth certificate or naturalization certificate) and he needs to submit the tax returns. That is what i know.
