Hello

I am helping my hubby file for AOS. I always thought the A# was the one on the Visa which has 7 digits. but now I noticed another number with 8 digits on the I-94, starting with A. Which one is it? I am trying to get the papers out right away.

Refer to this pictures.... alien registration # can be found on your NOA2, in I-94 and also sometimes on K1 visa.

Like mine, on my k1 visa, my alien registration # is located at the bottom of the annotation.
