Today, USCIS updated it's processing times, and i looked for Santa Ana Field Office, for I-485, pre-update - August 29, post-update - July 18, are they back-peddling?

Anyone else notice a step back in I-485 dates?

K1 Visa

2007-01-22 * Submitted

2007-01-26 * NOA1

2007-01-28 * Touch

2007-01-29 * Cheque cashed

2007-02-01 * Touch

2007-04-27 * NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2007-05-10 * Received by NVC

2007-05-14 * Left the NVC

2007-05-20 * Consulate mails Packet 3

2007-05-26 * Packet 3 Received (eventually! :))

Not sure, its been almost 90 days since they received my RFE response.

01/18/08 - NOA1 for all three & soft touch

01/25/08 - Biometrics Appointment Letter

01/26/08 - RFE for I-864

02/05/08 - RFE mailed

02/07/08 - Biometrics Appointment and CRIS Email that RFE Rec'd and Case Processing has Resumed

07/15/08 - Interview Notice Dated

07/19/08 - Interview Noticed Rec'd

09/09/08 - Interview - Los Angeles DO -- APPROVED

09/09/08 - Card Production Ordered

June 11 2010 -- REMOVE CONDITIONS

09/12/10 Conditions Removed
