google can be your friend while this is IR many of the same are required for K-3 (+ ds-156, ds-157, ds-157k swap the -134 for the i-864)

thanks i already did research thoroughly thru the chennai consulate.

btw whats the significance of DS 157? is it part fo teh packet for k3?
