Received AOS Fee Bill - Already have a K-3 Interview Date

Hi All,

I just received the AOS Fee Bill in the mail for my CR-1 case. I am one of those who have had both their cases forwarded to NVC... My K-3 Petition is already at the Embassy and we have our Interview date assigned.

What do i do with this request for the CR-1 visa? Do i need to pay them even though i am going the K-3 route? Also do i need to notify the NVC that i've decided on the K-3 and tell them to abandon the CR-1?

You can just do nothing if you want or let NVC know you'll use the I-130 to adjust status.
