Does NVC care what envelope you send DS-230 docs? I know NVC sends an envelope with DS-230 packet and they want you to return everything to them in that envelope.

Since I will be using James' shortcuts so does it matter what envelope I send my stuff in?

I think they would NOT care the envelope as long as address is correct. But it is my opinion and not yet gone through that process. Any other expert answers are welcome here !

I dont know if I'm an expert but I used James' shortcuts and used a regular envelop and my case was completed, no RFE. I think you'll be fine.
