We filed aos in dec07. We had our bio and she received her work permit. We got an rfe for a doc that was not signed/missing. We sent the signed doc back certified mail. They got the doc and signed for it.

I never got any notice from them the doc was received and that they were working on the case again. Nothing has happened since that time. Should we call them or? What is the number to call?
