Affidavit of Support

I read somewhere that each person has to submit their own affidavit of support. My fiance in the states has just completed his copy and is mailing it to me. But on my copy, will I have to put my own employment/financial information on it? Or should I put my fiance's? I am really confused.

Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Thanks in advance.

If you put your fiance's information would that not simply be a repeat? The typical scenario is that the affidavit (only) comes from the USC.

YMMV

Yeah, that's what I thought. Maybe I just need to bring 2 copies to my interview?

Only one affidavit of support is needed and it has to be completed by the USC Fiance on behalf of the foreign fiance, as his/her sponsor.

Read the instructions on the I-134 Form and the example forms.

The instructions to the form say: A separate affidavit must be submitted for each person. It is important to note it says for each person not by each person. If there are multiple applicants being supported then a separate I-134 is required for each.

Secondly, how would you (the intended imigrant) answer question 1? as it appears that any of the four possible answers (a, b, c or d) do not apply.

YMMV
