I was wrong when I said I filed the I-129f it was the I 129 I filed and they sent it back saying since the I-130 was approved I didnt need the I-129.

I didnt mean to cause any disagrement with anyone, all Im asking is why the NVC sent back the approved I-130 to the USCIS.

If NVC won't tell you why, all we could do is speculate. It could have been a mistake to send it back but it could also be something amiss they found in the petition.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Jennie or Ammar, no reason to be sorry!!

Noone on this site is an immigration expert (except maybe a previous member that used to work there), otherwise we wouldn't be on here in the first place.

I agree with what a previous poster said: keep calling both NVC and USCIS and get to the bottom of this. Ask for names, and to talk to superiors, if need be. And if all that doesn't work, contact your Congressman.

Your file has to be somewhere, right.
