Called the Manila Embassy (301-2000 ext. 2000) right after my fiance got our interview date on their call center. This line is for american citizens only but the girl I spoke with was nice enough to entertain my call. She told me the requirements I need for my medical; passport, vaccination record if you have any, two 2x2 picture and the equivalent of $182.65 in peso. Do we really have to pay that much for the medical? In our lawyer's letter he said that it's only $145.00...
