There is the master I-751 list for all service centers, http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...t&p=1744785, but there is no individual list for NSC-CSC transfers. Why don't you start one?

Another idea would be to sort the existing list that James pointed to. The list would then be grouped by Service center applied, service center transferred. That ways there is just one list to manage and it will give much more information.

No, it's the same list that's linked to above.

There is a separate list just for VSC. That encompasses those who filed directly with VSC and those who were transferred to VSC from TSC.

The only new list needed, really, is one for CSC, for both people who filed there directly and those who were transferred there from NSC. Separate TSC or NSC lists would be pointless because those SCs aren't adjudicating I-751s anymore.
