Hello,

I filed my I-751 on Sept 17 2007; I did FP and NOA was received;

With the new TSC filers transferred to the VSC what is the APROXIMATE

week of approval (hopefully) for a VSC filer on Sept 2007?,

Will they work on the TSC first or will they continue approving VSC "original" filers?

thank you

I filled in Aug 2007 and I am still waiting.... looks like they are processing all the TSC cases first so that will set us back a bit... but hoping its only a few weeks and not a few months...

Here is a link to the VSC thread where we all have posted our dates you can see from there that there has not been any approvals from the VSC direct fillers for a week or two now...

based on how quickly they seem to be approving us TSC transferees, methinks it will be a few weeks' setback for you all. Here's hoping that's the case :)

The part that make me wonder is why in the world would USCIS decide to send TSC applications to Vermont? VSC was running at about 7 months wait time compared to CSC which is 3 months! Someone dropped the ball on that one IMO! I just hope they can resolve all this very soon.....as many of us don't want to be in limbo!

Good question, one of many questions that we that were stuck in limbo at TSC for months on end wondered a lot.

Why were TSC'ers who applied after June 30th, 2007 transferred to CSC and get approved, while those were left at TSC were left to languish for months?

Why were we finally transferred near the end of January 2008, and why transferred to VSC?

Why didn't they just process us at TSC, instead of making us wait for up to a year to see any movement at all?

Only the USCIS knows, and they ain't tellin'.
