I was pretty sure i need it, but i read here around that i don't need this stamp as long as i'm having an SSN and i'm still in the 90 days frame(till k1 is still valid)

thank you

To comply with the requirments of the I-9 form that all new employees have to complete when starting a job you need to have either the EAD stamp on your I-94 or a EAD card...

This is the classic problem of the left hand not talking to the right hand. Immigration does allow K-1s to work for those 90 days without having the EAD or authorization. The big problem, however, is that the employer is required to obtain proof of employability on an I-9 form - and the K-1 visa is not listed. So, yes, the individual is allowed to work, but, no, an employer is not allowed to hire them. Catch 22.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
