The IV bill and the I-864 are not related at all. The AOS fee bill generates the I-864 and the IV Bill generates the DS-230. You should be receiving the DS-230 next.

same thing is happening to me

can we send I-864 ?

they generate i-864 when they get $ 70 fee

and then they generate IV bill

or is the IV bill independent from $ 70 fee

I've made a few practice barcodes, but i'm a chicken,

My I-840ez pack is ready to go!

I will review the shortcuts again and maybe get busy,

If your I-864 EZ is ready, just send mail them to NVC along with relevant documents and barcoded coversheet.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

The IV Bill is not realted to the AOS $70 fee bill. Only send the NVC the stuff they need when they say they have generated it; otherwise, you will delay the process.

Here's how it works:

The DS-3032 generates the IV Bill which then generates the DS-230.

The AOS feel bill generates the I-864.

Two separate threads that need to be processed before case complete.
