McCain is the front runner against either democratic contender currently... most likely having to do with the long fought out democratic nomination process while McCain can settle his base and start to attack democrats.

Once a dem nominee takes the reins I suspect the numbers to slightly favor the Dems again. However until this time McCain is betting on the split Democratic contention all the way thtough the Democratic National Convention...

My predictions have been right-on so far, though the division in the Dem party has been greater and happened faster than I thought. The Dems will get a boost when the fight ends, and the Dem nominee may even hold a lead over McCain for a while, but it won't last and McCain will be the next President.

Very simply, the Dems could have found someone in their party who could beat McCain, but they didn't.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
