Our interview is coming up soon. I just want to make sure I am getting things ready correctly. The NOA states to bring an I-864 unless already submitted. It was already submitted. However, it seems everyone talks about them always asking if your job has changed etc. I guess I should fill it out to be safe? They really should not put "unless already submitted" if they plan on asking to know about updated employment. If someone has changed a job, then of course they will want an updated one?

The g-325a. Is it neccesarry to bring this? Again its the same story, they don't ask for it, but if the information changes on it, they will want a new one?

They ask for "all documentation establishing your eligibility for Lawful Permanent Resident Status." Doesn't this mean Marriage Certificate, etc.? If so, they ask for this stuff in other lines. Why would they repeat the same thing?

I would suggest bringing a copy of everything you have filed and any other documentary evidence you can easily gather. You probably won't need most of it, but why not do it in case they ask for something? Wouldn't it suck for them to ask and you say 'oh yea thats in my file cabinet at home...' As for the I-864, I would bring a copy of it and if job info changed, a new one, again, they might not ask, but just in case... Good Luck!

OH YES take copies of ALL things done so far. We took copies of I130 and I29F and anything else we could muster up. The young lady was very impressed she said and we were very prepared. she asked for things and as she did we handed them to her.

May God's Grace be all you will ever need ticker.png

Well I think like most we are taking everything we have ever filled out. But I hate surprises. "Bring this, this, and that, only this thing if you haven't already filed it". At the Interview: "Can I see a copy of that thing we said you didn't need to bring, but we would like to see it anyway".
