My March 10 interview experience was a very pleasant one. My request for visa pick up was also approved. The Consul at window 32 was very nice. He did not even ask me my reason why I wanted a visa pick up though he told me he can't promise when will my visa be ready for pick up. Then 2pm of March11, I received a call from the Embassy telling me my visa is ready for pick up on March 12. So I picked it up in the morning of march 12 then had my CFo stamping in the afternoon! Now I just arrived at my place and will start packing my things. Am leaving on March 20. Wowee!!

Thanks for all the help VJ family for all the helpful information.:thumbs::thumbs:

Congrats! I requested for visa pick up too and the consul at window 32 told me in 24-48 hours but i haven't received any call today :(:(:( I was hoping I would get it tomorrow as holy week is coming that might delay the schedule of me picking up. I tried to call the call center but only pldt landlines are allowed and i don't have it waaaaaaaaa. the good thing is that i am approved just impatient to get the visa on hand.

Congratulations Lady Anne. I am just wondering how the USEM works, I was told by the consul that my visa will be ready in 24-48 hours and that I will receive a call to pick it up as I was approved of visa pick up. But its 3 days now and I have not received a call yet. I called the embassy call center and the lady said its still in process. Arghhh, I was not instructed to go to Delbros for doc verification and I have paid the doc verification even a month before the interview. I was given a maroon paper telling me I will present it to the guard when I pick up the visa to allow entry. Just wondering how long would it be before the visa is ready for pick up as for you it only took 2 days? Any idea how the embassy works on visapick up stuff? Thanks...
