I think blaming Bush or Clinton for Bin Laden is missing the point. Specifically that Bin Laden and Al Qaeda came about from a particularly short sighted style of foreign policy initiatives that date back to the 50's. A style thats still popular today.

The fuss is being made over one comment made by one man while Obama was not even there;

Yet not a whole lot of fuss is made over having actually trained/supplied OBL with weapons.
