Hey,

what's normal time frame for extention NOA to arrive? We applied about 2 weeks ago, check was cashed a week ago, bio appointment arrived 3 days ago and scheduled in 10 days but no extention NOA yet... we'd like to be able to make some travel plans...

Thanks!

No order, NOA is issued by the service center, Bio letter is issued by field office.

How about doing a timeline, there is not enough for lifting conditions.

Seriously is your answer for every thread just something you copy and paste. What does a timeline have to do with there not being enough for lifting conditions? And what does your answer mean anyway?

It means that the two different documents are generated by the two different centres:

NOA1 (aka the extension letter) comes from the service centre

the biometrics letter stuff comes from your local office

Sometimes they get crossed in the mail and the biometrics paperwork comes first. No worries. My extension letter took like three weeks to get to me.

And YuAndDan is doing a good service in reminding people to fill in their timelines, which helps us all here at VJ.

You got your biometrics appointment. I am yet to receive one almost after three months; to be honest there is method to their madness at USCIS.
