Where did you see that time betwen NOA1 and NOA2 is 50 days? Maybe that was years ago, but I would expect it to take about 6 months. As USCIS says, they are working on 8/19 at VSC - that is no where near 50 days.

Sorry, but i can't quite see where you got the 92 days from when you started counting in July 2007. I know only very few people who have their NOA2 already and for those it took a much longer time. I don't want to worry anyone but we need to be realistic here. 92 days would be a wonderful timeline at this point. Sorry, to be so blunt but we can't change the situation.

If you look at the fabulous tracking sheet which Delicia has put together, it's quite amazing to see that there is truly 92 days as an average between NOA1 and NOA2 .... I think it's a shame that those who filed in July 2007 had to wait so long for their NOA1's, but if you check out the timelines, they're banging out those NOA1's pretty quickly now.

The average time between filing your I-130 to your NOA1 on the timelines provided on this site (at the top) is now about 14 days ..... not the 100+ days (approximately) it has been in the last few months.

It would therefore logically follow (hopefully) that the wait time for NOA2 will get shorter too. :dancing:

If you click on your own timeline .... then click on 'similar timelines to you' .... you'll find that there are 7 people with similar timelines to you .... one of them already has NOA2 through Vermont (56 days)

Keep your chin up .... that looks pretty good to me

See my timeline, I had it in 50 days but we filed for K3 and I waited 4 months for the I-130 NO1, so I think by the end of the road, it is fair.

Do not listen to GFARIAS member because they so selfish and jealous. This forum is helping each other. I post my question last time he told me " It is not fair" . HELLO GFARIAS let me tell you something. Open your heart, good thing will come to you. Also , i let you know my case was approved last month. Anyways, good luck.

I misread... sorry. I had twisted the information in my head. Anyway: yes, the wait between NOA1 and NOA2 has not been that long, and right now they are back to the average 2 weeks between receiving date and NOA1. BUT that does not have anything to do with the time between NOA1 and NOA2, which miraculously (because of the math done on the spread sheet) is still average. But that still means that between received date and NOA2 a long time will pass. A longer time than usual. And of course it will speed up again but still that will take time with all the back up they had.
