Hi everyone

I havent been on here much since my interview in london back in january as everything has moved so fast since then and we are now together in our own home and legally married (the real wedding is coming in june!)

I just wanted to know where we go from here really, a little confused with the whole AOS thing. I think that we need the following: (Please correct me if I'm wrong!!)

G325a form - completed just by me the UK Citizen

I864 form (with supporting document just like what was used with the K1 app eg bank statements letter from employer etc)

I485 form (with supporting docs eg copy of noa2, my birth cert, I94, passport & visa, marriage certificate

I765 form

I131 form

Is this all?? I believe that the I765 and I131 are optional but they are paid for in the total price now so I think i probably will complete them just for the fun of it!

Am i missing anything??

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks Guys

I-765 and I-131 need their own sets of supporting docs, they cannot share them with the I-485.

Also 2 passport photos for each I-485, I-765, and I-131, for a total of 6 2"x2" photos.

I-765 is code (c )(6 ) based on the pending I-485.

Send only photo copies of evidence, and keep originals for AOS interview.

Everything is sent to the Chicago PO Box specified by I-485.

If you read I-864EZ directions only IRS transcripts or returns needed, pay-stubs and employer letter are optional but recommended. We used the I-864EZ, NO asset data needed like bank latters, if income exceeds 125% povertyline.
