HELLO,

DOES ANYONE HAVE THE NEW POVERTY LINE STATS FOR 2008? I KNOW AS OF MARCH 1ST THE NEW STATS GO OUT. DID ANYONE WHO INTERVIEWED THIS YEAR HAVE TO SHOW THERE 2007 TAX PAPERS OR DID 2006 DO? DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT MAKES THE NVC REQUEST I864EZ COMPARED TO I864?

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED....THANKS IN ADVANCE

USCIS CR1 PROCESS

07.12.07: Mail I-130 to CSC

07.24.07: NOA1

12.06.07: NOA2

NVC

01.04.08: NVC Assigns Case#

AOS Bill Received

IV Bill Received

Mailed out I-864 and DS230 (IV app) packets

04.09.08: NVC received IV Bill & DS230 packets

04.18.08: Case Complete

10.09.08: Medical Exam

10.24.08 : Interview

WE GOT APPROVED ... WE GOT APPROVE...THANKS AND PRAISES.

Timeline

The offical poverty line become valid after April 15 because this is where the tax year ends. So if you made over 171XX+ with two people you are good for the 2007 year. The 2008 poverty line would be valid for the tax year ending April 15, 2009. So need to worry if you case is going for the year 2008.
