Unless Kiev is specifically requesting it, the employer letter does not need to be notarized.

My husband submitted my employer letter during his interview. Nothing was said about it.

Thank you but I mean notarized in US. It does have to be notarized in US.

The employment letter is part of the I-134, and the I-134 needs to be notarized.

Thank you. So you mean I don't need a special letter from a US employer describing there my future employment???

Nope - it is the USC that needs to prove the ability to support from their job or assets (the purpose of the I-134) - the foreign fiancee's financial situation is not taken into consideration.

And So It Begins......

Ok suddenly I'm confused! The only form that needs to be notarized is the form I-134 itself right? Bank statements, Employment Letter, Etc. are the supporting documents needed and are a part of form I-134 and these documents does not need to be notarized separately right??

Correct. ONLY the I-134 needs to be notarized. The other supporting documents need to be supplied, but they do not need to be notarized.
