Hi,

Can someone please help me to understand...

My parents in Law, are going to be my joint sponsors with my wife.

They are happily married, and living together.

Do I need them to file separate I864 for me, or they can fill just one together?

They both have their own income...

Your wife will file one, and your joint sponsor(s) will also file one.

Are they suppose to fill one form toghether??

Or two forms?

Or they suppose to fill one for the father and I864A for the mother???

Your mother or father in law will fill out the I-864 and there is a section asking if they will include income from other members of their household. It requests for them to fill out an I-864A for any other person whose income they will be claiming. So, if your father-in-law fills out the I-864, and includes your Mother-in-law's income as part of the total income, she will fill out the I-864A instead of an entirely separate I-864.
