So yesterday we were approved for our NOA2, and they said they sent us somethng yesterday. My question is are they sending it in the overnight envelope back to me that I enclosed in the original petition, or are they sending it regular mail?? Also Ive already got the Provisional letter filled out, do I need to fax that yet or wait until we receive all the forms back from the uscis??

Kind Regards,

Shawna & Chris

Regular mail...

Most consulates do not set up provisional cases any more but if they do they need the NVC case number as well...

It's not going to the consulate yet is it?? I thought they sent me back the packet and then forwarded everything to the nvc ?? and such so I can send a copy of everything to my fiance?? hmm Im confused yet again so basically what you are saying is that I will just receive the hard copy of the noa2 paper in the mail like the first one?? I thought they were sending back my packet to me with instructions??

You never see the packet until after it has been through the consulate and a visa has been approved... Then it is in a sealed envelope that the visa holder carries with them to present at the POE...

YMMV
