Hello~

I just finally figured out how to tell if our case has been touched and it shows today at the last updated date. I figure they don't work on Sunday so how is this possible?

01/17/08 Mailed K1 Visa Package

01/22/08 ISCIS received package (sent certified mail)

01/23/08 NOA1 issued

01/29/08 Check Cashed

01/30/08 Received NOA1 in mail

02/24/08 Touched

03/04/08 NOA2 issued

03/10/08 Received NOA2 in mail

03/11/08 NVC has package

03/12/08 NVC forwarded package to London Embassy

03/14/08 Received letter from NVC confirming they are forwarding package

03/17/08 Package possibly signed for in London!!!! *Used track by ref on DHL

03/28/08 Package 3 Received

04/14/08 Medical Scheduled

04/28/08 Checklist and forms mailed

06/06/08 Interview!

06/06/08 Visa Approved!!!!

09/28/08 Orlando POE

10/28/08 Wedding in St Pete!

Cases have been touched on Sundays before. Probably due to people working at home, trying to keep up with their case-loads.

Many of the January filers got touched today...about 10 at the last count...we thought it was odd too!

7/7/08 - POE

7/11/08 - legal wedding

7/20/08 - AOS/EAD/AP sent to Chicago Lockbox

11/18/08 - AOS approved!!!

11/25/08 - Received welcome letter...and Green Card!!!

12/21/08 - ceremonial wedding

10/9/10 - Sent I-751 and started the fresh hell that is ROC

10/14/10 - NOA1 for ROC

10/29/10 - received appointment for Biometrics

11/22/10 - Biometrics appointment

Currently: Living blissfully with my Essex lad...

We were touched today also. I hope CSC is getting some pressure on them due too VSC out-performing them on a regular basis

Medical July 18, 2008

Interview July 25, 2008 - Approved!

Moving date September 10, 2008

Wedding October 18, 2008

Mailed AOS, EAD and AP November 6, 2008

AOS, EAD and AP delivered November 9, 2008

Check cashed November 19, 2008

Biometrics December 18, 2008

Green Card received March 31, 2009!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally!!!!!

I know that "No news is good news" -- I don't want a RFE but it was pretty exciting to see that someone was physically handling our packet! I'm just excited bacause it seems like there have been a lot of approvals in 2 to 3 months so the countdown is getting shorter!

Ours was touched last Sunday on the 17th. A bunch were.

We are hoping for an approval this week!!!!
