on section 7, page 2

How did you filled in this part

You only need to fill out that section if you are using life insurance and/or other assests. If your income is above 125% of the poverty line, you may leave that section blank, as far as I am aware.

How can my fiance provide information regarding to this:

For personal properties section u can add up the value of all ur personal properties for eg: car, jewelery,

Furniture, etc stuff that u have in ur house that u own as ur personal stuff.. and put that approximate value in this section
