Hi,

What can you tell me about your expedite experience from the request at NVC to granting your visa? What was the proccess? Was everything just sent to the embassy? I can emagine the whol ething is different. I have a request in now. Our USCIS request was granted in 3 days after we figured it out...

Any advice would be GREAT!!!

We sent expedite request to both USCIS and NVC. With NVC you just email them instead of faxing them. After that everything is sent to the embassy and they'll first send out a letter saying they've received your case and to let them know when you're ready for your interview, i.e. when you've had your medical done and your papers are ready. Then they'll send you another letter telling you when your interview is.

Hi L_O_V_E

Congrats on your NOA2!!

Well i called NVC pretty much everyday and talked to an operator to know if my case had arrived or not. Put NVC phone number on speed dial, you'll use it A LOT.

However i'm not sure about expediting NVC for a K1 visa: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...c=43385&hl=

But have all your docs to submit to NVC ANDyour embassy ready AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

GOOD LUCK!!

Hi,

I just want to ask if its possible for us to be granted the expedite processing for my k1 visa. my fiance will be deployed march 2010 and we just filed last May 1. He called the military hotline and he was told to just send a letter. So he sent the expedite letter of request which was received by VSC last may 15.

Im wondering if we did the right procedure to request for expedite? Will they email us to tell us if they are approving our request?? I really hope they grant our request because i dont have any family in the US and i am hoping me and my fiance can spend time together first and he can help me adjust there before he leaves for deployment... im sure you guys know and understand how it feels when ur husband is away...

i really hope u guys can help us out thanksss so much
