Received IV Fee Bill before receiving AOS form.

I'm curious, I sent off my AOS fee bill at the end of Jan and yet to receive the I-864 form. Today I just received the IV fee bill. I check the automated system and I haven't heard anything about my AOS being received. Only that my agent of record has been received and that all docs will be sent to the agent. Is there any particular order in which we are to receive/submit these documents?

Tash,

The only way to find out if your AOS fee was processed was to call NVC and speak to an operator. CAll (603) 334-0700. Press 1 for English then 5 to speak to an operator.

It is soooo sad that I already memorized a lot of NVC's automated functions.

BTW, the order doesnt matter in this case. You can send your IV payment even without the AOS fee being processed yet.

Oh thanks for your reply. I took your advice. I called and they said they just mailed out the next set of instructions for the AOS this week, Feb 18th, so I guess any day now. I'm going to express the IV fee bill tomm. I'm so excited.

No, it does not matter.
