filed 1-29f on september 23

hello everyone,

I am starting to get impatient. I filed my I29f september 23 and recieved noa1 on november 7th. I am seeing that alot of people have recieved noa2 already in feburary according to website, am I having to wait until July for the noa2 or does perhaps means the two months of other things that go on to get your fiance here? It seems like a long time to me.. any advise?

Hi Regina...don't worry...the USCIS always gives themselves a 6 month cushion...we have seen September filers from CSC approved!!!

Just be patient, your time is soon!!!

thanks I am just going to focus on work and let it happen. Do you happen to know if they consider the actual date you have filed or when you noa1 is accepted that they start to cushion in the noa2 period? thanks. I hope you are doing well with your visa journey...best of luck to both of you.

hi, we filed ours in aug and received NOA1 sept 24th and have had only one touch nothing more so i think that still ur ok with out having to worry and everyone here is so nice too and seem to know what they are talking about they have also told me they feel it coming so try not to stress out too much and take one day at a time well that does not always work lol but at least try

thank you. I am going to do that. I just noticed a bunch of people that filed in september who got accepted already. there seems to be no rhyme or reason to process. But there is nothing you can do. So I will be patient and focus on work etc. I wish you luck and hope you get your noa2 very soon!!! all the best regina

I have been focusing on college my grades have really improved lol........but i find im gaining a little weight stress always makes me eat.......

me too... ugh with a new buisness and a fiance half way across the world.. going a bit crazy.. hang in there, I am sure we will see some progress really soon!!!!!
