When and how did you guys find out that you were awaiting FBI name check. Just curious would like to know the process. Thanks in advance for responding

hi there. i found this link about fbi clearance. my brother is immigrating to canada and needed an fbi clearance since he stayed in the US for at least a year. he just followed the instructions on the link and voila! he got it in less than 20 days since submitting the application. i hope it helps all those needing a name check from the fbi. maybe you can get it and bring it to your interview. goodluck!

This will not help with the namecheck ordered at the time of AOS.
