still no NOA-1 receipt even when checks have been cashed

i don't know what to do, my two checks have been cashed last Jan. 15 but i still haven't received any NOA-1 receipts. i am really worried because i am an early october filer and it seems everone has been receiving their NOA-1 receipts. i am getting a k3 and k4 visa for my hubby and 19th month old baby.is there anything i can do or any number to call? i tried checking the case number at the back oh the checks but it seems it's still not in the system. please help/ thanks in advance

usually ur receipt number is scribbled on the back of the check copy. might want to get a check copy from the bank and enlarge it to see if u can read the receipt number

usually ur receipt number is scribbled on the back of the check copy. might want to get a check copy from the bank and enlarge it to see if u can read the receipt number

yes,dittos on that,get a copy of the check,if you have online banking,you can see the check,front and back online,if you do not have online banking,apply for it with your bank,it is real simple,that is what i did,the number will be stamped on the back of the check,it was very clear to see....but where to send the I-129 if you haven't yet done this,is questionable,because this USCIS gets more and more bizzare ,on my check it was stamped CSC(california service center),so i am thinking that is where i need to send my I-129....wrong !!!! i get my NOA1 3 days after check was cashed. my NOA1 says Vermont service center,and to top that off,it was mailed from Chicago.very strange.

some people are getting their NOA right away,others it seems to take forever !!!! but yeah,try to get a copy of your check,even if you have to order a physical copy from the bank,it will probably be quicker than waiting on USCIS.
