the list could be endless dependant on the scope of what you mean... It is important that she bring with her all important documents... you may not need it for immigration purposes but there may be a need for something else...

If you're talking about Adjustment of Status (AOS) when the imigrant will be in USA? I think to get the vaccinations complete in your contry, so, on this way you avoid paid for vaccines in USA which ones will be free in your country. It's important to save the records if you get one. School's records are too important...

YEs. She is worried somehow that she will be here and leave some document in Ukraine that she needs. I assume everything colelcted during the visa process is everything she would ever need in the USA ?
