Question about the passport for AOS

Copy of the non US Citizen Spouses Passport (biographical page as well as entry stamps). Entry stamps???

I-751 Lifting Conditions Timeline

April 06, 2010 - mailed I-751 documents via usps express mail(overnight)with delivery confirmation

April 07, 2010 - packet delivered and signed

April 12, 2010 - check was cashed

April 13, 2010 - received NOA1 (dated 04/08/10)

May 07, 2010 - Biometrics

May 10, 2010 - Touched

June 23, 2010 - APPROVED WITHOUT INTERVIEW!!!

If she/he has been before in US his/her passport must have entry seals with date of it. If isn't the case, don't worry only send copies from the main passport page, visa page and I-94 (permit). I suppose you are in AOS process due to there isn't timeline for you.

The non-USC spouse may not have but the one entry stamp for when they came to the US to marry. Its usually mashed onto the same page as their I-94. So dont worry about the 'stamps' plural. My husband had never left his home country before coming to the US on the K1. His little oval entry stamp was planted right on top of his I-94, so there is nothing else in his passport to fork over (except his biographic page).

THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR REPLY. I SAW MY ENTRY STAMP RIGHT UNDER ON THE PAGE WHERE MY I-94 STAPLED NEXT TO MY VISA.
