ok,this is interesting,envelope was sent from chicago (lockbox) My check has CSC (California) stamped on it,BUT ,my official NOA1,which i just recieved today says it is from the VSC(vermont)

my question is this: where does my I-129 get sent to? i am guessing it should be sent to the address on my NOA1 which is the VSC (vermont)Am i correct to assume this?

If you're wise, you won't send the I-129F at all. At the moment it looks like all it will get you is a longer CR1 timeline and no chance for a K3 visa at all. Otherwise, send it to Vermont.
